Eric Paul – President | Visionary | Amazon Expert

Eric Paul is an e-commerce management and brand development specialist. Holder of an executive MBA, the career of this dynamic entrepreneur is rich in experience and success!

Eric began his career in the manufacturing sector, where he held key positions with renowned companies such as Sobeys, Petro-Canada and Agropur. Shortly after, he created his first online business on eBay, the Mario Retro store. Thanks to the management of his own store, Eric also discovered a real talent for managing online stores on Amazon. He then developed his e-commerce distribution company.

He currently heads Generation eCom, a company specializing in the management of Amazon and Alibaba stores which includes 4 departments and more than 20 employees. With its go-to-market, e-commerce marketing, product development and logistics services, the team helps local businesses sell and avoid missteps.

Melissa Bolvin – Chief Operating Officer

Melissa has experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and online community funding and youth entrepreneurship.  She also has a strong experience in project management, communication and public relations.

She explored the many facets of marketing, ecommerce while studying Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in marketing at the University of Ottawa.

Melissa is enthusiastic about helping businesses acquire competitive advantages in their different sectors by providing strategic planning services, setting short and long-term goals, assertive growth strategies, and the reassertion of existing business procedures.
